a friend here makes beautiful necklaces with paperbeads...it is actually quite easy to make- but one has to be very accurate !!! As she uses stripes of paper...she also gets a lot from our printring-leftovers. I also tried, but i am not into jewelery at all....have never been1 So, my paper-rolls became little flower-pots! I am much happier with these, and am making more! ( well..there is ENDLESS paper to use!) :)
Dry coffee for "soil", bits and pieces...they look nice, i think!

Eine Freundin macht wunderschoene Ketten aus Papier-Perlen, was eigentlich ziemlich einfach ist, aber man muss sehr genau arbeiten! !! da sie  Papierstreifen verarbeiet, bekommt sie auch viel von Resten aus der Druckerei. Ich habs auch probiert, aber ich bin garnicht so bei Schmuck dabei, war ich auch nie....daher wurden meine Papierrollen ganz ganz schnell zu Blumentoepfen! Damit bin ich sehr zufrieden, und werde noch einige machen! ( ist ja auch ENDLOS viel Papier da zum Verarbeiten...!!! ) :) 
Trockener Kaffee fuer "Erde", Teilchen hier und da...sehen doch ganz nett aus!

"Studying" minis and dollhouse for quite some time now...i just had to apply some ideas in my real kitchen! :)

The flat we rent ...doesn't have tiles for the kitchen/oven...so i choose a pattern and thanks to our printing-business..i can try out again and again! :)
I wanted roses..and a fairy, somewhere in the kitchen...so this is what i came up with! I can change it whenever needed...but right now, i love my pink kitchen! :)

( AND that sign..i saw on a facebook-page some days ago! :)

Nach so viel "Studium" ueber Minis und Puppenhaeuser...musste ich jetzt einfach mal auch etwas fuer die grosse Kueche anwenden! :)

In der Wohnung, wo wir zur Miete wohnen gibts keine Kacheln ueber dem Herd...daher such ich immer wieder mal nach Schoenem,das ich dann dorthin klebe! Dank unserer Druckerei ist das auch kein Problem, ich kann immer wieder was ausprobieren!
Ich wollte Rosen und eine gute Fee...irgendwo in der Kueche! Also hab ich jetzt mal dies ausgesucht! Kann ja wieder geaendert werden..aber im Moment gefaellt sie mir, meine rosa Kueche! :)
UND das nette Schild, das ich vor ein paar Tagen auf Facebook sah! "Sei verrueckt, sei ehrlich, sei guetig!"

tidying up real - life kitchen..and workroom! Having fun...and thinking of ...Mini Jazzi, as we took out her summer-house and remembered all nice times! Look..there is sand in the corners...we will have to clean and remodel to make it an all-year-round-house!!! Who knows...perhaps she will come back to us sometimes?

Aufraeumen...anstreichen, diesmal die wirkliche Kueche! Es macht Spass...und wir denken an Mini Jazzi, weil wir ihr Sommerhaus hervorgeholt haben! Hach...war das schoen damals! Jetzt ist Sand in den Ecken...saubermachen auch hier angesagt, vielleicht bauen wir ja ein bisschen um? Dann kann es ein Haus fuers ganze Jahr werden..wer weiss, vielleicht kommt sie ja nochmal zu uns?

Meeting a blog-friend! :) ...and Greek mini-food! :)

When starting my blog and getting more and more into the "mini-adventures"..i had got into blog/email-contact with the writer of this blog, a very nice young Greek Lady who does beautiful mini-food and more!
I especially liked her "Greek food" minis...looking absolutely natural and true to real ones!
So..here is a "taste of Greece" for you today! :)
We finally met last week during a book-presentation of a friend of hers. Anthoula , that's the artist, offered two of her miniatures as prsents to visitors and as a little surprise gift i made a tiny mini-copy of the new cookbook!
It was ever so nice to meet in person, exchange news and little presents!
Here is the little present i got and the mini cupcake-cookbook! :)

Ganz am Anfang meiner "Miniatur-Abenteuer" habe ich ueber Blog und email die Autorin des unten stehenden Blogs kennengelernt! Eine sehr nete ,junge Griechin, die ganz tolle Miniaturgerichte macht..und einiges mehr! Ich hate mich fuer die griechischen Sachen begeistert, da sie so wirklichkeitsnah aussehen! Daher bekommt ihr heute einen kleinen Einblick und etwas "Griechenlandgeschmack"! :)
Getroffen haben wir uns nun letzte Woche bei der Koch-Buchpraesentation einer Freundin von ihr, wo sie zwei kleine Miniaturen als Besuchergeschenke vergeben hat und ich der Buch-Autorin als Ueberraschung eine Mini-Ausgabe desselben Buchs gemacht habe!
Es war toll, sich persoenlich kennenzulernen, Neuigkeiten auszutauschen und natuerlich kleine Geschenke!

I was told by a reader from Germany that when looking into my blog, a pop-up warning appears...Do any of you get that ,too?

Ein leser aus Deutschland machte mich darauf aufmerksam, dass eine Virus-Warnung erscheint hier auf meinem Blog....Seht ihr das auch???

kann man auch als Regal oder Tischchenverwenden..so was kann man ja fuer Basaare gut gebrauchen! :) 

....und wieder ein paar Mini-Notizbuechlein. Diese sind ca 3-4cm x 4-5cm 

an old box..made nicer! :) ..a shirt and some nice printies...

can be used as a shelf,too..or a little table! useful for basaars :)

About printies... !

Last year i used some printies i found on the web for a present to friends!

I had wanted to use a printie with paper-prams..but was not happy with them actually.

This year,some days ago i recieved a comment on that post by the creator of the printie, Imelda! I am really happy about this feedback and would like to get in touch with her...but the email shown on her printies-sheet doesn't work and the comment she left was "anonymous"...so if anybody might know more info..please let me know! Or perhaps you, Imelda , might comment again or leave an email? :)

These were the pinties i used, and the text i wrote:

............i had often looked through these wonderful pages and now tried just a few Baby-things to see how they are. But it was a bit disappointing, as the ones i choose and printed as they appeared, tunrd out really VERY small! I put a small (!) lighter next to them for you to see.The paper-prams, to my taste - are very narrow and would need a lot of "make-over" in order to look nice!..............

............But the crib had to be "straightened" , because if used as the printie shows...head- and footpart would have been totally sloping.

Conclusion for now is, not worth the efforts with these ( and in the same time, i could have done a crip on my own...it was just the colours that were really nice!)...................

.................The other problem is, if printed only once, all is white inside...so one either has to paint them or glue paper or something...or print twice and stick together................

Firstly i may add the quality and size of your prinite will depend on if you have the original BMP image. ( which i very much doubt )....since size and your print quality is poor and blurred,.. Its a copy reduced in size for uploading to Web... by person or web Album you got it from...
