I have already told you before (just two posts further down! ) that there is a new project!
For some time now i have been exchanging emails and messages with a mini-maker from Germany, Inge Z. (she doesn't have a blog...but facebook ;) , and we soon found out that we are the same age,  love doing similar things, and that we could perhaps do some projects together! So, mini-making brought a new friend to me, once more! :)
We now started a page in common on facebook to present (and sell :) our work  , which is here: http://www.facebook.com/Minimagicdreams

Our idea started with my mini-books...how to combine the books with various themes ? ! In this way we both contribute to a project we decide on and here are some first results! In some there might be more from Inge, in others more from me...you will see! :)
We also wanted to make something sturdy, not breakable ( thinking of shipping and postal services around the world ...!) and closable! Inge has collected many old wooden cigar-boxes...so the idea could be materialized!
As all our "talks" are via internet...Praline now has her own little pink pc, a present from Inge! :) Need to find a blue one for Caramel! :)

Ich hatte euch schon vor einiger Zeit erzaehlt, dass es ein neues Projekt gibt! (zwei Einttraege weiter unten!)
Nun...: Fertig! ...nun haette ich mal gern einen ECHTEN Cupcake! :)
Seit einiger Zeit bin ich in Kontakt mit einer Miniaturistin aus Deutschland, Inge Z. (sie hat keinen Blog, aber eine Facebookseite!). Schnell haben wir herausgefunden, dass wir gleich alt sind, aehnliche Sachen beide gern machen, und dass wir etwas gemeinsam machen koennten! So hat die Mini-Welt mir wieder eine neue Freundin gebracht!
Auf Facebook haben wir nun auch eine gemeinsame Seite , wo wir unsere Werke zeigen (und auch verkaufen moechten) !

Unsere Idee fing mit meinen Minibuechern an...wie kann man das mit verschiedenen Themen verbinden ? !
Wir wollten etwas Stabiles machen, soweit es geht Unzerbrechliches ( in Anbetracht des Versands und der Post ueberall auf der Welt) , und schliessen soll es auch! Inge hatte (und hat) sehr viele alte Zigarrenkisten...damit koennen wir unsere Idee umsetzen!
Weil unsere "Gespreache" alle ueber Internet gehen, hat auch Praline jetzt ihren eigenen rosa Pc! Ein Geschenk von Inge! Jetzt fehlt nur noch ein blauer fuer Caramel! :)

I like music when visiting blogs...but there was the problem that when cklicking on a label,page, earlier post etc on the same blog...music would stop and then start all over again...that was annoying, at least to me. I would then stop the music..!

I tried it out, easy to set up..with clear directrions what to do...so..here's a new playlist for my blog. 

You can ...

...click on the icon in the very right of the "music bar" at the top of the blog , 

....the list appears 

....and you can choose the piece you might like! 

.....Cklicking the same icon again..the list disappears ! 

....Now..if you don't like it at all....go to the LEFT side in the music bar and just click to pause !!! :) 

( Praline thought..we should choose some wellknown pieces from Greek music ... Theodorakis, Xadzidakis, Dalaras, Nana Mouskouri with Songs about Athens, some Oldies.....and my favourite Song "Frag den Abendwind wo das Glueck beginnt "..- "Ask the evening breeze where happiness begins"...:)

Ich hoere gern Musik auf Blogs  bei Blogbesuchen...aber da war das Problem, dass die Musik aufhoerte und wieder von vorn begann, wenn man auf etwas anderes im gleichen Blog klickte!

..ganz oben rechts in der Musikleiste das Bildchen anklicken, dann erscheint die Liste und ihr koennt aussuchen, was ihr hoeren moechtet! 

...wieder das Bildchen anklicken, dann verschwindet die Liste wieder! 

....Oder eben auch, ganz oben LINKS in der Musikleiste, die Musik ausstellen! :) 

(Praline meinte, wir fangen mal mit bekannter griechischer Musik an, Theodorakis, Chadzidakis, Dalaras, Nana Mouskouri mit Gruessen aus Athen, einigen Oldies...und einem meiner Lieblingslieder :Frag den Abendwind"! )

Mini work is continuing...with ideas, cooperation with a mini-builder from Germany and some wonderful sales...:) 
It is about making boxes..boxes, many boxes! More to it soon! We are still "under construction"!!!

The doorbell rang some days ago....a SUPRISE visit! For Praline! :)
The girlfriend of my oldest son thought that Praline should finally have a friend,too !
Well...meet "Theodor" ...this will be a story with many parts !


Vor ein paar Tagen klingelte es...eine UEBERRASCHUNG ! Fuer Praline! :)
Die Freundin meines Aeltesten meinte, dass es dringends Zeit wird, dass Praline eine Freund bekommt!
Nun....hier ist "Theodor"...das wird eine Geschichte mit vielen Fortsetzungen!

Er hatte Blumen dabei! 

Praline was very careful to open the door!

It's been a year now ( already..oh, dear...) that we had to say Goodbye to sweet Mj! She visited us in August 2012, and left in the first days of September...remember?
last news we had...quite some time ago!!! ... is that she was off to Africa with Molly...oh, i do hope no lions crossed their way! :)
Would be great to hear some news soon!


Jetzt ist es schon wieder ein Jahr her, dass MJ uns besucht hatte und wir sie wieder verabschieden mussten! August 2012 war es, und in den ersten Septembertagen hab ich sie weitergeschickt. Wisst ihr noch?
Das Letzte was wir von ihr wissen- und das ist auch schon wieder einige Zeit her!!! , ist, dass sie mit Molly in Richtung Afrika unterwegs war...hoffentlich waren die Loewen nett zu ihnen! :)
Es waer toll, bald von MJ zu hoeren!

Late summer days... :)

Noch ein bisschen Sommer! Mit einer Freundin kann ich ein paar Tage taeglich ans Meer hier bei Athen...das muss man ausnutzen! :)  ( Kommt aber sonst zu nichts anderem... :)

Some more summer...with a friend i can visit the beach near to Athens for some days! A wonderful opportunity..but no time for other things! :)
